Q. What kind of boar do you have?
A. We have the Russian and the European Boar.
Q. What do they weigh?
A. Average 170 pounds, varying in weight from 125 to well over 250 pounds.
Q. What is a good weapon?
A. Any rifle, bow or muzzleloader that will kill a deer will do fine on boar or goat, or any heavy handgun. Shotgun with rifle slugs are also good.
Q. Is a hunting license required to make a kill?
A. No.
Q. How old do you have to be?
A. 10 years old if your father is with you at all times and is held responsible for you.
Q. What is the time required for a hunt?
A. Not more than 2 days.
Q. How many hunters in a party?
A. You may have as many hunters in your party as you wish, but there will not be more than four hunters to one guide. More than four hunters you get more than one guide, at no extra cost to you.
Q. What breed of goat and their weight?
A. We have the Catalina Island and the Spanish Goat, weighing 125 to 150 pounds. Rams weigh 150 to 200 pounds.
